Weekly Recs | Week of April 8-14
Everything I enjoyed and recommended this week -

- Loft Modern Ankle Strap Wedge Heels | These are dang near sold out and with good reason. These are a true workhorse of a shoe. They’ll go with anything. Currently 50% off, so run run run!
- J Crew Capitaine Shirt Dress in Linen | I work in a fairly business casual office, so as long as the length is right, I’m thinking this could be a good get up + the Loft wedges for an office day. Then switch into flip-flops and take myself to the beach. I like a good dual purpose dress.
- Abercrombie and Fitch Slip Maxi in Blue Pattern | Truly creative color way name aside, this gives me all the European vacation style vibes I’m looking for. I’ll be somewhere in northern Michigan locationally, but hand me an aperol spritz and I’ll be on the Almafi coast in my head.
- IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye | Scooped this up during Sephora’s Spring Sale this week and boy, does this goop mean business. If you have stubborn circles under your eyes like I do, this can cover anything. And it doesn’t take much to do the job, so the tiny tube will presumably last forever.
- Lash Princess Mascara | The hype is real with this one. I’ve seen this one very buzzed and tiktok best-of list for a while now and I’m telling you it really does perform as well, if not better, than every single high end mascara I’ve ever tried. Very worth the $5 investment.
- Salad Freak by Jess Damuck | Spring is the advent of salad season IMO and this book delivers not only fun and interesting recipes that make salad seem wayyyy less boring, but also just beautiful photography.
- Olive and June Press on Nails | An impulse buy that I keep buying. I can grow my fingernails pretty easily so I didn’t consider myself a press on girlie, but these are so easy to apply, stay on for weeks, and just come in the most fun patterns that I’d never be able to paint on myself, I can’t quit these.
- Target Short Sleeve Mini T-Shirt Wrap Dress | $17 this week thanks to Target Circle Week. I like the dual purpose vibes on this (work, weekend galavanting, the library, whatever) at a very budget friendly price point.
