A few things I enjoyed recently and maybe you will too.

Hallelujah, I am cured! It’s probably the sunshine lately and the melting snow and just the switch flipping from full-time winter to almost spring, but boy am I feeling better. I also started taking a multivitamin that took care of the eye twitching that was driving me bonkers for the last few months. What a week!

+Highs // On Thursday, I closed a big sale that I’ve been working on since last fall and good God, am I glad to have that wrapped up. It was months of emails, Zoom calls and random calls to my cell at 7pm (that east/west coast time difference!). I’ll stress about it for the next couple of weeks until everything delivers, but my part is mostly done. On Friday, my husband and I got a sitter and met up with his sisters and their SOs to get dinner and bop around downtown for drinks at a few different pit stops. We live in a touristy beach town, so right now is the time to enjoy those spots that will soon be overrun and too busy to get a spontaneous unreserved table. We had a blast! And were home and in bed by 10pm which is PEAK Friday night for me.

+Lows // Worrying all week about closing that sale? It was in my dreams for a few nights in the lead up. Couple other work things that had to be dealt with, but overall, it was a good week and my lows are baby-size ones.

How are you doing? What were your highs and lows this week?

Photos are links!

Aerie “The Hugger” Trouser // These remind me so much of the Old Navy pull on trousers I’ve been obsessed with this season, and I love these in the creamy white for spring.

Apple Air Pods // I was so resistant to getting AirPods a couple of years ago, but got forced into it for work. Now I’m obsessed!

Chilltips Press Ons in That’s Amore // Are press ons having a moment?! I think so, just based on the sheer variety available. I remember when a French tipped KISS brand was the only thing on the shelf. I picked up the red checkers for a pop of fun and wore them for about a week. Not as long-lasting as my boo, Olive and June, but you can’t beat the interesting patterns.

Glossier Goodies // A surprise sale over at Glossier, so I’m picking up some of my tried-and-trues: I wear YOU every single day, and I love a balm dot com.

McCafe Ground Coffee // A regular at the drive-thru for a $1 cup of coffee, but I make it at home in my cheap pot most mornings as well. Fancy, no. Consistently good? Yep!

Vacation Classic Whip SPF // Lots of sales this week! Ulta kicked off 21 days of beauty with surprise deals every day, and this SPF was $11 last time I looked. I love the brand, so I’m giving it a try even if for novelty’s sake.

Amazon Watch // I have worn a bulky smartwatch for years and I just wanted something smaller, chicer and that wouldn’t buzz every time my phone rings. This does the job and I think it’s beautiful! I picked a silver band with blue digits.

What Alice Forgot by Liane Moriarty // Currently reading! Alice bops her head at the gym and wakes up having forgotten the last 10 years of her life. A challenge because she believes she’s a 29 y/o pregnant newly wed, when in fact she is a 39 y/o mother of three in the middle of a divorce. So we have some memories to excavate!

Happy weekending!
